Sight

Intense granate color with purple border. that reflects youth.

Scent

Great aromatic intensity of wood fruits, red cherries and blueberries with a prominent point of violets. The oak aging gives a toasted coffee and spices aromas.

Taste

The wine stands out for its soft and sweet suppleness. Rounded and balanced mouth. Aromas of wood fruit and sweet spices appear. The end is large and good.

· THE WINE ·

Braco is a blend of of 90% Tinta de Toro and 10% Garnacha. The vineyards, sited in San Román de Hornija, comes from sustainable agriculture and have a mid 40 years. Its harvest is manual and its fermentation, with autochthonous yeasts, at low temperatures with short and gentle pump-overs to avoid an overly intense extraction. The aging of this wine takes place for 4 months in American oak barrels.

· HISTORY ·

This wine is a true reflection of the character of Toro and Braco, a protective dog of the vineyard that drives away small animals, thus taking care of the quality of the grapes. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 710 m, on a clay-siliceous soil and their viticulture is 100% organic. The winery has the latest technology without giving up its ancestral past since it is built on an old winery in Morales de Toro.
